To match your program to the needs of families we need to know important information like hours of operation, ages served and changes in phone numbers or email address.
Rate information is especially important. It is kept anonymous and used only for reporting purposes. Programs can use CCR&R rate information to set competitive rates in their community. The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) uses rate data collected by CCR&R to conduct bi-annual Market Rate Surveys. Market rate information collected is used to set Child Care Assistance (CCA) payment rates to child care providers and programs.
