Having accurate information on your child care program in the Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) database allows us to assist in marketing your child care program to parents looking for child care. To match your program to the needs of families we need to know important information like hours of operation, ages served and changes in phone numbers or email address.
Rate information is especially important. It is kept anonymous and used only for reporting purposes. Programs can use CCR&R rate information to set competitive rates in their community. The Iowa Department of Human Services (DHS) uses rate data collected by CCR&R to conduct bi-annual Market Rate Surveys. Market rate information collected is used to set Child Care Assistance (CCA) payment rates to child care providers and programs.
Please complete the following program survey for your program. The documents are in Word format. Once completed, save the file and send to the above email address for your program location.
CCR&R hopes all Child Development Homes will take advantage of this new training curriculum, ChildNet 3.0.
