Proposed Meal Changes and Whole Grains (CACFP)

The USDA is proposing some changes to better align the meal patterns with the 2010 Dietary Guidelines for Americans. There have not been any major changes since 1968. This video will go through these changes. There will be a 3 month public comment period and those comments will be taken into account before the new proposed changes become permanent. The second part of this video is on whole grains and how to acclimate them into your daily menu routines.
