Training Certificates - What You Need to Know

By now you have probably received a Constant Contact from Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) and noticed social media posts stating that CCR&R will no longer provide certificates for training completion starting July 1, 2025.

Child Care Resource & Referral will fully utilize i-PoWeR Professional Development Transcripts to track all training completed by providers and individuals.

What does this mean for you and your staff?

Certificates will no longer be provided after training is complete
You can access and print Professional Development Transcripts on i-PoWeR

You can also follow these simple steps:

1.Log in to i-PoWeR:

Visit the i-PoWeR login page.
Enter your username and password.

2.Navigate to Your Professional Development Record:

Click your name on the left navigation.
Click My Profile.
On your Profile Page, click My Professional Development.

3.Click on My Child Care Facilities

Enter the date range you would like to view in the Education and Professional Development section.
Click on Education and Professional Development

4.View and Print Your Transcript:

Review the list of completed training courses displayed.
To print, look for a "Print" or "Download" button, often represented by a printer or download icon.
Click the button to generate a printable version of your transcript.
You are not required to print this record. HHS can access this electronically to check compliance.

Starting July 1, 2025, HHS & CCR&R will exclusively use i-PoWeR to verify all Professional Development hours completed by providers and program staff.

Remember! Your CCR&R Consultant or Training Specialist is always here to help you access professional development records through i-PoWeR.
