Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) data tells the story of child care within Iowa. Did you know your legislators and community leaders use CCR&R’s data to make important state & community decisions about child care?
Rate information is kept anonymous and used for reporting purposes. Programs can use CCR&R rate information to set competitive rates in their community. The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) uses rate data to conduct Market Rate Surveys. Market rate information collected is used to set Child Care Assistance (CCA) payment rates to child care providers and programs.
In addition, keeping your profile up-to-date ensures accurate marketing of your child care program to parents looking for child care. To match your program to the needs of families we need to know important information like hours of operation, ages served, current contact phone numbers and email addresses.
