Governor Reynolds has created a Child Care Task Force to better understand the condition of child care around the state and develop strategic recommendations to address the challenges Iowa currently faces in providing accessible, affordable and quality child care.
At the meeting on May 7th, between 2-3 pm, the Task Force will hear from parents who utilize, need or are impacted by child care.
Details of how parents can participate are on the flyer below. We ask that you share this flyer with families and around your community. To develop strategic recommendations for Governor Reynolds, it is vital for the Task Force to hear about Iowa's experiences with child care.
Thanks for all you do!
Ryan Page, M.C.J. Child Care Regulatory Program Manager Team Lead, Child Care Bureau Division of Adult, Children & Family Services
