Dear Child Care Providers,
Child care programs provide an essential support to working families in Iowa. Thank you for your continued efforts to ensure the health and safety of children at this critical time.
In April, the Department gathered initial information on the impact COVID-19 had on your child care business and the families you serve. Data from the initial survey was used to provide input in creating Funding Opportunities for Child Care Programs. It is important for the Department to gather additional data on how this pandemic has progressed and continues to affect your child care business and your access to current Funding Opportunities. Please complete this 2nd Iowa survey. The survey will close on July 10th at 4:00 p.m., so please take a moment to complete it today! The survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete.
Thank you again for meeting the daily challenges that are thrown your way. We know there are still many questions and while we may not have immediate answers to all of them, we hope to learn more about your situation so we can address concerns and provide information and possible supports to help.
