November & December Funding Opportunities

Dear Child Care Providers,

The Department of Human Services is pleased to report that we will be able to continue some funding opportunities for the months of November and December. Please see the chart below for what funding opportunities are available and how to apply.

Please Note: Programs will still need to fill out the appropriate monthly survey to apply for each month’s Basic Monthly Stipend. The November Monthly Stipend Survey will be available from 11/1/20-11/30/30. The December Monthly Stipend Survey will be available from 12/1/20-12/31/20.

Rejuvenation Grants

November 2020

Centers: $1,500

CDH: $600

Licensed Centers/Preschools & Registered Child Development Homes (CDH) that have closed due to COVID-19*

*Complete eligibility requirements can be found on the Funding Opportunties website.

Complete the "Rejuvenation Grant Survey" on the Funding Opportunities website.

Deadline: 11/30/20

Basic Monthly Stipend

November & December 2020

Centers: $2,000

CDH: $500

Licensed Centers/Preschools & Registered Child Development Homes(CDH) that are open*

*Complete eligibility requirements can be found on the Funding Opportunities webpage.

Complete the appropriate “Monthly Stipend Survey” for each month on the Funding Opportunities webpage.

Deadline for November Stipend: 11/30/20

Deadline for December Stipend: 12/31/20

Unlimited Child Care Assistance Absences

November & December 2020

All programs with a current Child Care Assistance (CCA) Provider Agreement. When completing CCA billing, providers mark absent days for days that children were scheduled to be in care but did not attend. This will be included in the program’s regular CCA payment.
