Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) is excited to announce that ChildNet 3.0 is going to be available starting July 1, 2020 with an additional online version being released September 1, 2020.

But what about ChildNet 2.0 credits?

If a provider only has a few modules to take before ChildNet 2.0 is completed, we offer the following.

  • ChildNet 2.0 will only be offered in the Spring of 2020.
  • Any missing modules must be made up by June 30, 2020.
  • Once all modules in the series are completed, providers will have one year to apply for certification.
  • For any provider who misses 3 or more modules and cannot find a series to attend, we recommend taking the ChildNet 3.0 training.

Grace Period

CCR&R is offering a grace period to assist with Quality Rating System (QRS) ratings. Providers whose ChildNet Certification expires between July 2020 - January 2021 can complete one ChildNet 2.0 recertification process. The certification will only be good for one year instead of two years. This will allow the providers up to a year to attend the new ChildNet 3.0 training and complete the new certification process.
